General Cargo
General cargo includes non-hazardous shipments that do not require special conditions like temperature control, special handling, or storage. These goods are classified as either stackable or non-stackable. Depending on the size, they can be transported by passenger or freighter aircraft. Typical maximum dimensions for general cargo on a passenger flight are: length – 310 cm, width – 240 cm, height – 160 cm. We can provide advice on how to avoid extra costs due to improper packaging.

Air Transport of Dangerous Goods
Dangerous goods transported by air must comply with the IATA (International Air Transport Association) Dangerous Goods Regulations. We assist in identifying hazardous items, advising on packaging and labeling, and completing required declarations. Dangerous goods are divided into those permitted on cargo aircraft only or those also allowed on passenger aircraft.
Examples of restricted or prohibited items: human or animal remains or ashes, aerosols, firearms and ammunition, dry ice, life vests, lithium batteries, alcohol, live animals, tobacco products, furs, artworks, perishables, pharmaceuticals, etc.
This list is not exhaustive. For more details, please contact our air freight department.

Oversized Cargo
If the shipment exceeds the size limitations for passenger aircraft, we can organize transport via freighter aircraft from major airports. The shipment is delivered to the airport by road transport. For urgent or large shipments, we also offer charter flight services.

Aircraft Parts and Maintenance Tools
We provide specialized solutions for fast and secure transport of aircraft spare parts and maintenance tools, minimizing aircraft downtime. In addition to express delivery, we offer onboard courier service where a specialist accompanies the shipment throughout the journey and ensures quick handover at the destination.

Special Cargo
Special cargo includes goods that require specific handling or storage: temperature-sensitive perishables, live animals and fish, high-value items requiring enhanced security, and strategic cargo. We offer tailored transport solutions for these shipments.

Insurance
According to the Montreal Convention (1999), an airline’s liability for cargo loss or damage is limited to 22 SDRs (about €27) per kilogram. If the shipper requires higher coverage, we recommend taking out additional insurance. We work with various insurance providers to find the best option for your needs.
