What warehouse services do you provide?

CF&S provides comprehensive warehousing services, including pallet storage, order fulfillment, picking and packing, labeling, cross-docking, customs warehousing, transportation and distribution services.

How much do warehousing services cost?

The cost of warehousing services depends on several factors, including storage volume, number of pallets, order handling frequency, picking and packing requirements, value-added services, and transportation needs. CF&S offers flexible activity-based pricing, meaning customers only pay for the warehouse services they actually use. Where is your warehouse located?

CF&S warehouse is located at Aasa tee 1, Loo, Jõelähtme Parish, Harju County, just outside Tallinn. Its strategic location enables fast and efficient movement of goods both within Estonia and across international markets.

Do you provide customs clearance and customs warehouse services?

Yes. CF&S operates its own customs terminal and customs warehouse in Estonia and provides comprehensive customs clearance services for import, export and transit cargo. Our customs specialists assist businesses with customs documentation, tariff classifications, compliance requirements and customs procedures within the European Union and international trade.

CF&S Estonia AS holds AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) status, granted by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, confirming our reliability and compliance with customs and security standards. This enables us to offer more efficient customs procedures and support the smooth movement of goods through international supply chains.

How fast can CF&S process warehouse orders and dispatch shipments?

As a standard practice, warehouse orders received before 12:00 are dispatched on the same business day. We can also agree on customized service level agreements (SLAs) and dispatch schedules based on the customer’s operational requirements.

What are your warehouse operating hours?

Standard operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 16:30. Extended warehouse operating hours can be arranged for customers with special logistics requirements.

What is a Class A warehouse and what are its benefits?

A Class A warehouse is a modern logistics facility designed for efficient storage and distribution operations. Typical features include high storage capacity, advanced warehouse management systems (WMS), loading docks, modern material handling equipment, temperature-controlled areas and high safety standards.

What value-added warehouse services do you provide?

In addition to warehousing, inventory management and order fulfillment services, CF&S provides a wide range of value-added logistics solutions, including labeling, repacking, kitting, product assembly, quality control, returns handling, product inspections and other customized warehouse services designed to support efficient supply chain operations.

Do you provide transportation and distribution services from the warehouse?

Yes. CF&S offers domestic transportation across Estonia, including the Estonian islands, as well as distribution services throughout the Baltics and Europe. Warehousing and transportation can be combined into an integrated logistics solution.

Can your warehouse be integrated with our ERP or e-commerce system?

Yes. CF&S can integrate its warehouse management system with various ERP, WMS and e-commerce platforms to enable automated order processing, inventory updates and real-time data exchange between the customer and the warehouse. This helps reduce manual work, improve data accuracy and increase supply chain efficiency.

For customers with lower order volumes, we offer a convenient customer portal where they can create inbound and outbound orders, track order status, access transaction history and monitor inventory levels at any time.

This flexible approach ensures efficient warehouse management, better inventory visibility and seamless communication between your business and our logistics operations.

Can you handle e-commerce fulfillment?

Yes. We provide complete e-commerce fulfillment services, including receiving goods, storage, order processing, pick and pack operations, returns handling and distribution.

Do you offer temperature-controlled storage?

Yes. CF&S provides temperature-controlled warehousing in a dedicated storage area with a minimum maintained temperature of +14°C. This solution is suitable for products that are sensitive to temperature fluctuations but do not require refrigerated or frozen storage.

Typical examples include chocolate, cheese, food supplements, cosmetics, healthcare products and other temperature-sensitive goods. Continuous temperature monitoring helps ensure product quality, product integrity and compliance with storage requirements throughout the warehousing period.

Do you offer pallet storage services?

Yes. CF&S provides professional pallet storage services as well as warehousing solutions for goods of various sizes and specifications. Our modern A-class warehouse in Estonia offers capacity for approximately 17,000 pallet locations, complemented by more than 7,000 meters of shelving for small-item and piece-pick storage.

We also provide specialized storage solutions for oversized, heavy, and non-standard cargo, ensuring safe and efficient handling of complex goods.

Do you provide cross-docking services?

Yes. CF&S provides cross-docking services and has extensive experience in the rapid transfer and onward distribution of goods without long-term storage. This helps reduce transit times, lower warehousing costs, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

CF&S holds AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) certification and operates its own customs terminal and customs warehouse, enabling efficient customs procedures and ensuring the smooth movement of goods within international supply chains.

Do you provide inventory counting services?

Yes. CF&S provides warehouse inventory counting services to ensure accurate inventory records and full visibility of stock levels and product movements. As a standard practice, we offer one full inventory count per year free of charge for our warehouse customers. Additional inventory counts and cycle counts can be arranged based on customer requirements and mutual agreement.

Regular inventory audits help maintain inventory accuracy, reduce discrepancies and support efficient inventory management. Inventory counts can be carried out across the entire warehouse or for selected products, product groups or specific stock locations.

Do you provide order fulfillment and preparation services for Amazon (FBA) shipments?

Yes. CF&S provides Amazon FBA preparation and order fulfillment services and has extensive experience handling shipments for Amazon sellers. We support the entire process, including goods receiving, warehousing, order picking, packing, and labeling in accordance with Amazon FBA requirements.

Our team can assist with both regular and seasonal shipments, ensuring products are properly prepared and ready for delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers. We help maintain compliance with Amazon packaging, labeling, and shipping standards, reducing the risk of delays, rejections, and additional costs.

When required, our Amazon FBA services can be combined with warehouse storage, transportation, customs clearance, and value-added logistics services, providing a complete end-to-end logistics solution from a single partner for Amazon sellers, importers, exporters, and e-commerce businesses.

Do you provide pick and pack services?

Yes. Our warehouse team provides order picking, packing and preparation of shipments for B2B, retail and e-commerce customers.
