CF&S Estonia opened a new warehouse complex in Loo, Jõelähtme Parish (Aasa tee 1). During the same year, the Tax and Customs Board issued permits for the operation of a customs warehouse and terminal, as well as an Authorized Consignee permit. These authorizations broadened the range of customs services offered and facilitated the handling of goods in transit.
