You are the beating heart of our customer relations and partners. This role offers a diverse range of tasks that you tackle independently, customer-oriented and proactively. You are in charge of your own portfolio and think strategically with the customer to offer them the best service. You are the driving force behind the smooth running of our services, where you are continuously optimizing the services. As a member of our dynamic team of 4 employees within team operations, you contribute to the success of our business by attracting good customers and partners.

• Transport coordination: Ensuring the smooth running of shipments from start to finish, including selecting the optimal carriers;
• Communications: Proactive communication with customers, suppliers and carriers to ensure seamless shipment progress;
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to resolve questions and problems in a timely manner, and keep customers informed of the status of their shipments;
• Account management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and actively contributing to attracting new customers. Understanding customer needs and proactively advising on logistics solutions;
• Negotiation: Negotiating carrier rates and other services to find cost-efficient solutions;
• File management: Carefully maintaining files, including registering relevant information and documents and ensuring correct invoicing;
• Documentation: Drawing up and managing the necessary freight documents for import and export, complying with applicable regulations;

• Work experience in transport is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
• Availability of 36-40 hours per week.
