• Work experience in transport is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both oral and written.

• Transport coordination: Ensuring the smooth running of shipments from start to finish, including selecting the optimal carriers;
• Communications: Proactive communication with customers, suppliers and carriers to ensure seamless shipment progress;
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to resolve questions and problems in a timely manner, and keep customers informed of the status of their shipments;
• Account management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and actively contributing to attracting new customers. Understanding customer needs and proactively advising on logistics solutions;
• Negotiation: Negotiating carrier rates and other services to find cost-efficient solutions;
• File management: Carefully maintaining files, including registering relevant information and documents and ensuring correct invoicing;
• Documentation: Drawing up and managing the necessary freight documents for import and export, complying with applicable regulations;

Requied languages: Dutch, English
