For our forwarding activities the Polish General Forwarding Rules (OPWS 2010) issued by the Polish International Freight Forwarders Association will apply. Road transport services are provided in accordance with the CMR rules (international transport) and in accordance with the Polish Transport Law (national transport). In no case our liability towards a Client is exceeding SDR 8,33 per kilogram of gross weight of the damage or /lost goods.
