Northern Sea Route milestone: The Sea Legend wrapped up a China–North Europe trip via the NSR in around 20 days, offering a noticeably quicker alternative to the Suez or Cape passages.
Far East–India network shifts: Interasia Lines, Namsung, OOCL and Shanghai Jin Jiang have stepped into the FCS3/SJJ loop, while Sinokor has moved its capacity to the FIX/IFX2/CIE service alongside SeaLead, Sinotrans and T.S. Lines.

CF&S Group is pleased to have supported the successful discharge of a 153-ton reactor at the Port of Tallinn, Paldiski South Harbour. The unit, manufactured in Turkey and delivered aboard mv Hohe Bank, was part of a larger cargo shipment.

We recently delivered a fully equipped electrical substation — not just components or panels, but an entire structure — from Estonia to Denmark.

With an 8th place finish at the World Figure Skating Championships, she landed the highest-ever result for Estonia at this level—stacking up a total score of 196.67 points and claiming her spot in the record books.
That kind of control, grit, and focus? It doesn’t just happen. She earned every point, and in doing so, locked in a place for Estonia at next year’s Winter Olympics.
Earning this wasn’t easy, there were some real hurdles, like rigorous evaluations, detailed documentation, and making sure every single step matches international standards. Big shout-out to our entire team and especially to our own Arkadiusz Barta for smoothly guiding us across the finish line.

We are proud to announce the successful air freight transportation for 24 tons of dry yeast from Salutaguse Pärmitehas AS (Estonia) to Montreal, Canada. This is an exceptionally large shipment for air transport, requiring meticulous planning and execution.
This shipment required special attention to packaging. Due to the limits on cargo height for air freight, our team completely repacked the cargo to comply with aviation standards.
Our Gruop member DAKO Worldwide Transport GmbH is proud to support the Gonzaga Ridge Wind Project in California, delivering 25 N149 turbines from Chennai, India, to Stockton, USA. This project will generate 147.5 MW of wind power and provide 50 MW of energy storage for 385,000 customers.

Our wind team successfully completed the transport of the first batch for the Dolores Windfarm in Nuevo León, Mexico. And now, as we step into January 2025, the second stage of this project is in full swing!

We just wrapped up a cool project – moving a rare 1977 Chevron B38 F3 car from the UK to Estonia. This isn’t your average cargo. At just 450kg with a 125kW engine, this classic racer needed special care. Our team at CF&S handled everything – from planning the route to sorting out tricky customs paperwork. The Finnish Trade Unions have announced a two-week strike beginning March 11, 2024. This action, which includes members of the Finnish Federation of Transport and Motor Transport Workers’ Unions, is expected to significantly impact the Estonian transport sector.
Normal operations at Finnish ports will be disrupted, causing delays in the delivery of goods shipped through these hubs. This Finnish strike coincides with ongoing labor actions across Europe and further challenges the transport sector. Border and motorway delays are already commonplace, making it a complex landscape for logistics.

The ongoing farmers’ strikes in France are causing significant disruptions to road transport, directly affecting deliveries.
Here’s the situation:
-Farmers are protesting against financial pressures, leading to road blockades and unpredictable traffic conditions.
-Our drivers are facing real challenges on the ground, including vehicles being sabotaged.
The Red Sea Route is the shortest route from Asia to Europe, thanks to the Suez Canal. The only alternate is the route towards the southern tip of Africa. This journey is 11,800 nautical miles (21,830 km) vs. 8,500 nautical miles (15,725 km), adding around 10 days to the transport time. Not to mention more fuel and crew time, which in turn will increase the transport costs that the customer has to pay.
In order to protect commercial vessels, the United States has launched an international operation in the Red Sea. Despite that, most container shippers have still opted for a route around Africa as attacks have continued.

CF&S Group recently completed a unique logistics project that saw the transportation of 115 new wind turbines to the Baltic countries over the course of two years.
These parts are extremely valuable, with the value of one truck carrying the structures reaching up to EUR 1 million. Transporting such large and valuable parts requires extraordinary technical preparation, which is why we have been working hard over the last two years to ensure we can transport bigger and more powerful new models.
We participated with the CF&S team in Pori, Finland for a conference of Sampo dealers, where we met the top specialists of agricultural equipment. 🚜 🚜

Container shipping’s capacity crunch has priced some agricultural and chemical commodities out of the market – in favour of breakbulk.
And the de-containerisation trend could spread to other cargo categories, according to Estonia-based freight forwarder CF&S.
The company recently loaded 700 tons of fertilisers, feed, and chemicals from Xingang to Hamburg in big bags on a multipurpose vessel.
I would like to inform you that from 01.01.2021 the activity of our office in Warsaw was transferred to Poznań. With a view to improving the quality of our services, meeting the needs of the customers, cooperation with our business partners and further development of the company, we consolidate our activities in the office in Poznań, which at the same time becomes the headquarters of the company (application submitted to KRS from 07.01.2021).
